Monsteras

Once, there was a Monstera that escaped through the glass. The other Monsteras didn’t think it was possible. They didn’t want to give up their familiar, comfortable positions. The positions they had known since their first sprout on that window. Out of curiosity, they grew aerial roots, hoping to peek and climb out, yet never acted on that desire, settling to watch from the window.
